Carlette Bradley, native of Buffalo, N.Y., is the CEO of The Masterpiece Project; a professional and personal development consulting firm that helps others reach their full potential through interactive workshops, individual coaching and inspirational speeches that focuses on leadership development, team building, self-awareness, growth mindset and finding purpose amongst other topics. Carlette is also a Learning and Development Consultant at Univera Healthcare and a certified John Maxwell Team coach, speaker, and trainer. Since 2007, Carlette has been the Mentoring Coordinator for the not-for-profit organization the GIRLS Sports Foundation, Inc. She is an active leader in her community and in her church and challenges individuals of all ages to adopt new ways of thinking and to accept the truth about who they are destined to be, Masterpieces!

Carlette earned her Master of Organizational Leadership degree from Medaille College where she has served as an Alumni Mentor and an Instructional Speaker. She is most proud of being a loving wife and devoted mother. Her greatest desire in life is to reach the hearts of those that are hopeless and/or feel as though no one understands. Personally, she has had a unique path in life and uses her own experiences to help others find the strength to push past their circumstances and to find their purpose.
